Aniekan Attang is a native of Akwa-Ibom, Nigeria. He is a senior at Texas A and M University and currently studying Chemical Engineering and intends to work in the oil sector at home or abroad. Ani is the president of African Students Association at his university and is excited for the opportunity for his local ASA to be a part of a larger entity and reach out to the world outside of their respective community. His goal as a National ASA executive board member is to promote awareness of African students in America and also to enhance the society's knowledge on the culture, value and morals of Africans. In the next five years, Ani wants the National African Students Association to be an integral part of African students' lives across the nation.
